Board President Desh called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
- Please note that the District Goals on the Sparq Agenda platform have been updated in alignment with our current Strategic Plan (2026-2031).

2. Announcement of the Open Meetings Act Posting

Discussion:

Board President Desh identified the location of the Open Meetings Act Poster in the meeting room.
- Special note: Copies of the updated (2026) Open Meetings Act documents were made available at the meeting.

5. Board of Education Work Session and Strategic Planning Discussion

Discussion:

Superintendent Hart presented a comprehensive review of the District Strategic Plan (2026-2031).
- This presentation included current updates to the "driving goals" in the Strategic Plan, as well as information about plans and staffing involvement for future work on the "action steps" included in the plan.
The updated Strategic Plan (2026-2031) is attached to this agenda item.
