Meeting called to order by Board of Education President Maahs at 6:30 p.m.

3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations, Owner's representative report.
Discussion:
Superintendent Hanger informed the BOE members that the earnest payment for the former Pre-K building was received on June 6, 2018. Owner's Representative Rayme Fauss provided updated information for the Board of Education on projects at Bennet and Palmyra. Bennet punch list and warranty items were reviewed including flooring, counter tops, drainage and minor finish work. Palmyra continues to move forward with lettering applied to the building exterior, drainage work was accomplished today and concrete work will be finished with a week. Aluminum door frames are set to be installed Friday and rooftop HVAC units are to be started this week. Basketball apparatus have been installed, tile work is moving forward and paint continues to be applied in all areas. Flooring for the gym will be a five week project to allow for acclimating the floor materials. Dry wall continues to be installed in all areas and stage work continues with electrical and finish. Flooring in the existing school will take about three weeks at which time the crews will move to area A. Board members had an opportunity to ask questions regarding construction.
