Adjourn to Closed Session - Consideration of adjourning to closed session under Section 19.85(1)(a) Wisconsin Statutes to deliberate concerning a case which is the subject of a judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the government body, and Section 19.85(1)(f) of Wisconsin Statutes to consider financial, medical, social personal histories or disciplinary data or specific persons, or the investigation of charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data or involved in such problems or investigations. The purpose of the closed session is to conduct expulsion proceedings, including a hearing in accordance with Section 120.13(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes and to review and discuss pupil records, as defined in Section 118.125 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

5. Reconvene into Open Session.  The Mishicot Board of Education reserves the right to return into Open Session following the Closed session.
