8.A. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Brighter Futures Counseling Services, LLC for School Based Mental Health Services. 

8.B. Approve 2024-2025 Service Agreement between Advocates for Healthy Transitional Living LLC and Mishicot School District at a rate of $65/hr for one-to-one daytime educational services, $80/hr for one-to-one social emotional support for up to 10 hrs/month, $80/hr for one-to-one IEP Focus Time up to 10 hrs/month and $125/month for lunch
