2. Review General Fund Budget
Discussion:
The committee reviewed and discussed the preliminary general fund budget by category. |

3. Review budget of bond fund, QCPUF fund, depreciation fund
Discussion:
The committee members reviewed the series 2017 bond fund balances, payment schedules and preliminary budget numbers. The committee discussed a desire to increase the fund balance in preparation for the annual increase in payment as per the schedule. The committee reviewed the depreciation fund balance and discussed desired balance based on summative needs list. |

4. Discuss preparations for Budget Workshop for Patrons
Discussion:
The committee discussed the information and the format of the information that would be beneficial to share during the upcoming budget workshop for patrons. |

5. Recommendation to the board as a result of this meeting:
Discussion:
There is no specific recommendation to the board as a result of this meeting. The committee does have preliminary budget plans and will finalize these after valuation is certified. The eventual result will be a budget and levy recommendation to the board. |
