The meeting was called to order at 6:32pm.

Discussion:
President Mrkvicka noted that notice of the meeting was properly published in the Phonograph Herald and/or in 3 public places, per policy. |

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
President Mrkvicka noted that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room. |

3.1. Briggs and Meyer Personality survey
Discussion:
The Board and Administrators completed the Briggs and Meyer personality survey and held discussion about how the characteristics may affect the interactions of Board members. The purpose was to promote team-building and communication.
