Vice President Anderson noted that notice of the meeting was properly published in the Phonograph Herald.

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
Vice President Anderson noted that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room.

3.1. Board needs to hold a budget hearing on the 2016-2017 school year budget.
Discussion:
A public hearing was held on the 2016-2017 St. Paul School District budget. No members of the public were present for comment.
