Discussion:
Work with some Senators this summer are drafting some bills. Procedural change for ESU programs to use their own policy/procedure on restraints/seclusion, etc. otherwise the ESUs have to follow each schools policy. (medication, etc) Discuss with legal. Discussions on possible bill next year to merge schools. LB 103 - discussion on this bill.
