President Zoubek called the meeting to order at 8:01 PM. School personnel present were Superintendent Mitch Kubicek, Principal Adrian Allen, and Joyce Karl.

7.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
*Mr. Allen reported on sessions attended at Administrator Days in Kearney. Workshops included Bullying, Positive Behavioral Interventions, Rule 10 for Class D Schools, Instructional Rounds and Building Sustaining School Culture.
Teachers returned today (8/10/15) with students returning 8/12/15.
*There will be no school September 7th and 8th for Labor Day and Teacher Inservice.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
*Mr. Kubicek's report included the following information: summer school student progress, technology infrastructure update, AQuESTT overview, exterior painting project, gym refinishing, and kitchen equipment purchases.
*Ms. Houdek has been invited to attend the National Career Pathways Network.
*Mrs. Ridpath & Mrs. Johnson have been selected to select at Fall NETA in Kearney.

Discussion:
A budget preview was provided for the General Fund, Depreciation Fund, Bond Fund, Building Fund, and the Lunch Fund.
