1. Call to Order and Announce Open Meetings Act Verification
Discussion:
President Zoubek called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM. School personnel present were Superintendent Mitch Kubicek, Principal Duane Dohmen, and Joyce Karl.

Discussion:
All members were present.

3. Receive Visitors and Announce Open Forum for Public Comment
Discussion:
Several members of the community were present. The following topics were discussed:
Questions about having any home events if we created a cooperative with Milford were shared.
Information about projected participation numbers were shared.
The short timeline to approve a cooperative for basketball was expressed as a concern.
Concerns about how many students would go out for sports if we had a cooperative.
Concerns about practicing with only five or six students to create a competitive team.
Additional time on the road affecting academics.
The loss of revenue from concessions.

4.1. Consideration of a cooperative agreement with Milford Public School
Discussion:
The Board considered and discussed several options related to possible cooperatives. Possible meetings with members from Dorchester and Milford Boards were discussed. The following requests will be made to Milford:
Consideration of a girls' and boys' basketball cooperative for 2014-2015.
Consideration of an FFA cooperative for 2014-2015.
Consideration of contests to be held at Dorchester for girls' and boys' basketball.
