1. Call to Order and Announce Open Meetings Act Verification
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order by President Steve Vyhnalek at 7:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.

7.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Principal Jake Wiese reported on teacher observations/evaluations and reading coaching with Heidi Farmer for ESU6 on October 15th and November 9th. The first quarter Student Recognition Rallies were held. DESSA, a social/emotional screener, was completed for 9-12 students. FBLA held a Blood Drive. Fall sports have ended and winter sports practices will start Monday, November 15th. Upcoming events are the JH play on 11/10, NHS inductions and honor roll on 11/12, Anne Hubbel from NDE will present on ELL on 11/18, One-Act Play Dinner & Dessert on 11/21. December events are the 7-12 Christmas Concert on 12/3 and the first girls & boys basketball games on 12/4.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Superintendent Schrunk presented the Option Enrollment numbers and Statewide Assessments for the year. The implementation and usage of the new Chromebooks for grades 7-12 was reviewed. The live NASB Conference in November has been changed to a virtual meeting. There have been numerous Zoom meetings about winter sports attendance in light of new DHM rules.

8.1. Hand out audit to board members. Please review before December board meeting at which time we will discuss further.

Mr. Schrunk distributed the recent audit report for review at the December board meeting.

8.2. Committee on American Civics
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk reviewed SS79-724 Committee on American Civics. He also shared Dorchester Public School's curriculum, which meets the requirements of the law. No public comment.

8.3. Discuss "Preliminary" 2021-2022 budget.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented some preliminary budget numbers for 2021-2022.
