7.1. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wiese presented information on his recent activities of summer school, staff surveys, COVID planning, etc. Mr. Wiese and Mr. Schrunk attended the virtual Administrator Days the end of July. Upcoming events include: August 11th - COVID meeting with teachers; August 14th - New Teacher In-Service; August 17th-18th - Teacher In-Service; August 19th - First Day of School; August 20th - Fall Sports Preview (tentative); August 21st - Volleyball and Football scrimmages (tentative) and September 8th - Teacher In-Service.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented a facility update and Administrator Days information. Board members are welcome to attend any part of the day for our teacher in-service days.

8.1. Review 2020-2021 Anticipated Budget
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented the anticipated 2020-2021 General Fund budget to the board. Plans for Depreciation, Bond, Special Building and Lunch Funds were also discussed.

8.2. 2020-2021 Superintendent Goals
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk goals for 2020-2021 are Meet the needs of all students and Re-establish the leadership at DPS.

8.3. Discussion regarding re-opening school guidelines.
Discussion:
Review attached Reopening Procedures/Guidelines (Dorchester), which have been mailed to all parents, posted on district website, and shared with all staff.
Update the board on any information pertinent to reopening schools since August 3rd Special Board Meeting. |
