Discussion:
Mr. Allen presented information on: Four Junior High students competing with their "Country Crafted" business; One Act play "Campsite Chaos" on November 10th and the Jr. High play "Goldilocks on Trail" on November 15th; Mr. Bruha's class is constructing platforms for the weight room; Ms. Lewis is using Interactive Notebooks in Accounting; Mrs. Johnson is teaching her students factorization using the Christmas tree method; Winter sports practices are starting; Thanksgiving Break is November 22-25.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk presented information on the Option Enrollment at Dorchester; Statewide assessments (NSCAS); Mr. Schrunk, Steve Vyhnalek and Matt Hansen attended the November 5th Village Board public meeting on Blight and Substandard Designations.

8.1. Hand out audit to board members. Please review before December board meeting at which time we will discuss further.

8.2. Review Board of Education Policies #4005-4009.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk reviewed policies #4005 - Communications Between Board and Employees; #4006 - Insurance; #4007 - Personnel Records; #4008 - Outside Employment; and #4009 - Restrictions on Gratuities. No changes were made.

8.3. Review DPS Job Descriptions.
Discussion:
Mr. Schrunk reviewed job descriptions for Activity Director, Business Manager, Custodian, and Driver with the Board. A suggestion was made to have employees sign their job description at their job performance meeting. No changes were made to the job descriptions.
