7.7. Annual Resolution Establishing Combined Polling Places for Multiple Precincts
Description:
A 2017 law requires districts to pass a resolution every year if they want to combine polling places for a special election in 2019, and approve it every year beyond. The resolution must be approved by December 31 of each year for elections not held on the statewide General Election date. See the attached memo from the MN Secretary of State's Election Office for more info.

Description:
Superintendent Mike Redmond will present an addendum to the 2018 ICS Agreement that was approved at the November 26, 2018 School Board Business Meeting. An addendum to our agreement is an update to the grid, specifically the top left box which now reads correctly as $2,353,275 (from $2,5000,000 to $2,353,275).
