1. Social Gathering

1.1. A quorum of the members of the Body may be present at the Texas Ranger's Game, June 9, 2014, which is a  social occasion unrelated to the public business that is conducted by the Board and not subject to the Open Meetings Act. However, in an abundance of caution, the Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees is posting this notice, to provide the public notice of the Texas Ranger's Game, June 9, 2014.  The Board members will not engage in a verbal exchange about public business or policy, and no formal action will be taken.  If any discussion of public business occurs it will be incidental to the social function.
