The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Jr/Sr High School gym.

Discussion:
The Board approved the contract for Mrs. Molly D'Agosta as 7-12 EL teacher for the 2022-23 school year.

Discussion:
The Board approved the resignation of Mrs. Jean Steen at the end of the 2021-22 contract year.

III. Facility Plan Presentation - Bob Soukup, Architect

III.a. Bob Soukup, Architect
Discussion:
Mr. Bob Soukup, Carlson West Povandra Architects, led the facility plan presentation. He discussed the enrollment trend and shortcomings for the Jr/Sr High School, Elementary School, and Early Learning Center. He presented options and estimated costs for the facilities' improvements that were discussed with the Board in 2020. He emphasized that nothing was changed since then because of the COVID shutdown.

Discussion:
Attendees split into small groups and discussed the options that were presented by Mr. Bob Soukup.

III.c. Large Group Feedback
Discussion:
After the small group discussions, ideas were brought back to the large group as feedback.

IV. Adjournment
Discussion:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m. The next regular Board of Education meeting will be Monday, April 11, 2022. The meeting will be held in the Jr/Sr High School Library, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
