The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. Dr. Jodi Pulfer attended the meeting electronically via Zoom.

Discussion:
The Board approved the Resolution stating the Superintendent has authorization to keep the district operating in case of an emergency. This document is located in the office of the Superintendent.

Discussion:
Dr. Lenihan gave the Board a report from the Commissioner of Education and the Nebraska Department of Health on recommended expansion of learning for the rest of the school year.
