Facilities - Consideration of hiring out the mowing of the football field on a short-term basis is in discussion.

Discussion:
Dr. McDonald discussed the 2024-25 budget scenarios, based on a three-year history. The Board was in discussion on the various tax asking options and what the District's near and future needs are.

Discussion:
9.1 Mid Bus Bids - The District has received multiple bids for the sale of the Mid Bus. The transportation committee's recommendation is to trade a minivan, sell the-mid-bus and purchase two 10 passenger vans.
9.2 Roof Top Compressor - The compressor bid is for the middle school locker room, which hasn't been functioning properly. 9.3 Resolution to increase the District's Base Growth Percentage - no further discussion 9.4 Stage Curtains - the District received one bid, which includes fire retardant curtains that are longer than the existing curtains 9.5. AEF Board Approvals - these have already been approved by the Albion Education Foundation |
