Discussion:
Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication to the public and to all members of the Board of Education. Availability of the agenda was communicated in advance. The Open Meetings Act is here and available for review. |

The board discussed and reviewed short and long term budget items based on future facility needs. |

Discussion:
Additional items previously identified by the board are now available for sale or disposal. All previous and new items will be offered for sale or will be properly disposed of. The items include tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, desks, etc. |

The board discussed and reviewed current vehicle and bus fleet. |

5. Budget Planning
Discussion:
Historical budget data was reviewed and discussed. Valuation dropped 0.75% ($1,462,542,990 to $1,452,597,801). |
