6. FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: Discussion and possible action regarding the removal of Self-funded Insurance Bids from LCSD proposal options, including a review of high-dollar claims and outstanding claim vouchers and a re-evaluation of plan design and actuarial estimates.
