3. Discussion and action to approve the renewal/revision of the district's DOI (district of innovation plan) and appointment of committee members to aid in the development.

4. Discussion and Possible action to approve the District Budget for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year.

5. Discussion and Action to set the tax rate for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

6. Budget amendments for clean up of the 2024-25 fiscal year.

7. Consideration and possible approval of agreement with KMI to close out the softball / baseball project and issue the final payment.

9. Personnel Matters Including the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, dismissal and/or compensation of individual district employees, including principals and directors. Trustees will meet with ESC 9 personnel to go over the superintendent survey.
