I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PUBLIC FORUM REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS ONLY - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding a specific item on the meeting agenda must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form during regular office hours (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) on the day of the meeting or one hour prior to the meeting start time by coming in person to the district Administration office. In order to maintain appropriate social distancing, individuals will be asked to wait outside the facility to be called in to speak to the Board in person once the meeting begins. Individuals attending the meeting in person also must wear face coverings at all times in accordance with recommendation of Tarrant County Public Health.

III. CLOSED SESSION - The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the event a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include, without limitation, the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

III.A. Section 551.071:  Consultation with the Board's attorney either by phone or in person regarding personnel matters, school calendar, and reopening plan.

III.B. Section 551.074:  To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employer, including to specifically discuss personnel matters regarding the opening of school.
