Request permission for two students to take courses in the summer to obtain new credit
Request permission for GHS Junior High girls basketball program to attend basketball camps - MTSU June 8^th, Lebanon High School June 12-13, and Monterey June 15-16. None of these camps will be overnight stays.
Request permission for GHS girls basketball to attend basketball camps - Watertown June 5-6, Jackson County June 7, Lebanon High School June 12-13, and MTSU June 19-21. None of these camps will be overnight stays.
Request permission for GHS boys basketball to travel to the University of Alabama-Huntsville June 1-2 for team camp. This will be an overnight stay.
Request permission for GHS high school and junior high cheerleaders to participate in a home UCA camp on July 13, 14. This will be a day camp at Gordonsville High School.
Request permission for GHS Band to hold band camp July 17-21 at Gordonsville High School. The band will have home rehearsals and will perform at the opening of the Smith County Fair on July 3. The band also requests permission to travel to MTSU on July 28 for a day trip.
Request permission to host basketball camp for K-8^th grade May 30-June 1.

Therapy Service Agreement between Smith County Board of Education and Empowering Therapy Services Inc. to provide occupational therapy and physical therapy services beginning August 1, 2023, and ending July 31, 2024, unless terminated sooner pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 6 or under applicable law.
TennCare Administrative & Billing Service Agreement between Smith County Board of Education and Stellar Therapy Services, LLC to provide administrative/billing services for TennCare reimbursements beginning July1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024.
Special Education Service Agreement between Smith County Board of Education and Vanderbilt Medical Center beginning August 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024. This Service Agreement pertains to services not covered by other payer sources, including insurance.

Certified Surrogate Parent - $50.00 per meeting as needed/meetings that succeed 1 hour, then payment will be paid proportionally up to $25.00 per hour
Spanish Interpreter - $50.00 per meeting as needed for language translation services
Parent transportation - The Smith County Board of Education shall pay the costs for transportation of 3 children to Smith County Schools at .46 cents per mile per day for home transportation.
