4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO RESCIND BOE APPROVAL TO AUTHORIZE THE SUPERINTENDENT TO APPLY FOR THE CEP PROGRAM
Rationale:
As we were completing the application for the CEP program, a computation error was discovered. The level of financial risk is greater than what was presented to the Board. We would like to share the new information with the Board and then determine if we will move forward or rescind the Board’s vote regarding the program.
Recommended Motion(s):
to rescind the motion from the June 24, 2020 BOE meeting approving application for the Community Eligibility Provision at Goodyear Early Childhood Center and Killingly Central School {Insert Action Result} with a motion by {Insert Board Member} and a second by {Insert Board Member}.

5. DISCUSSION AND REVIEW REGARDING KILLINGLY PUBLIC SCHOOLS RE-OPENING PLAN

6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING SECURING AN OUTSIDE SOURCE FOR SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH
Recommended Motion(s):
that the Killingly Board of Education authorizes the Board of Education Chairman to enter into agreement with Joseph Erardi Consulting Company to conduct the superintendent search for Killingly Public Schools. {Insert Action Result} with a motion by {Insert Board Member} and a second by {Insert Board Member}.
