3. Conduct hearing regarding a student discipline appeal.
Rationale:
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board will discuss, consider and take all necessary action regarding the appeal (executive session possible). |

4. Possible Executive Session
Rationale:
The Board will go into Closed Session to discuss a student discipline issue. Discussion shall be confined to this issue. The action is consistent with applicable state law; i.e., Nebraska Revised Statute 84-1410, Reissue 1981, and with Board Policy 204.06 and is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest and for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and such individual has not requested a public meeting. |

5. Return to Open Session (If Executive Session is held)
Rationale:
The Board President attested that only the student discipline hearing was discussed and no votes were taken. |
