PRESENT BUSINESS

1. Public Forum - (Limit fifteen (15) minutes this item, five (5) minutes per topic)

2. Discussion and possible vote to approve the dropout report and remediation report from the 2022-2023 school year in accordance with 70 O.S. § 35e and Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:35-25-3

3. Public Hearing - for the purpose of receiving public comment on past and future expenditures and the proposed 2023-2024 Operational Budget.

4. Board consideration and action on fund raisers and out of state trips, if presented.

5. Board consideration and action on any certified or non-certified resignations, or other personnel requests, if presented.

6. Board approval of Treasurer's Report, encumbrances, change orders, payroll, Activity Fund Accounts, and transfers in the Activity Fund. 

7. Discussion and possible vote to approve the 2023-2024 Title IA plans for the Early Learning Center and the Intermediate Elementary. 

8. Board to adopt a schedule for regular board meetings for calendar year 2024.

9. Discussion and possible action to review and approve the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.

10. Discussion and possible action on adopting and filing a resolution with the County Election Board to call for the annual school board election. 

11. Discussion and possible action to approve the Gifted Education plan for the 2023-2024 school year. 

12. Discussion and possible action to approve the Fort Gibson Public School Emergency Response Plan, developed in consultation with local emergency management officials and administration. 

13. Discussion and [possible action on approving the Negotiated Agreement between the Fort Gibson Public School Board of Education and the Fort Gibson Education Association. 

14. Discussion and possible action to Action to rename and modify the purpose of Activity Fund Account #33 to Middle School TSA from TSA.
