E.2.a. District administration recommends approval of the FY2027 Arizona School Facilities Division (SFD) Capital Plan. The SFD requires a capital plan to be submitted each year. The plan includes enrollment projections. The attached FY 2027 Capital Plan assumes flat enrollment. The District is not requesting funds for new school construction from the SFD.

F.3.a. District administration recommends approval to establish a new position for Senior Automotive Mechanic, and to revise the position description for Automotive Mechanic. The new position would more accurately reflect the expected skill set, qualifications, and training experiences needed by the mechanic responsible for overseeing maintenance of our District vehicles, and consequently, would improve recruitment opportunities in attracting qualified candidates. This position would replace the Automotive Lead Mechanic position. The revisions to the Automotive Mechanic position update the document to align with the current duties associated with this role.
