Rationale:
Replacement of FC Roof was previously approved through Capital Outlay. Bid Opening was held 6-6-2023.
Two companies bid the project, and met all requirements. Low bid was from Black Hills Roofing, $686,686. 2nd bid came in at $1,038,031 Recommend accepting the bid from BH Roofing.
