Rationale:
On Friday, January 7, 2022, I was able to meet with staff members at each building to give them some basic information on District Beliefs along with discussing the factors impacting the need for facilities expansion. I plan to share that presentation with the board.

9.B. Elementary School #1 Design Brief Update
Rationale:
Our first design meeting for Elementary School #1 was held on Thursday, December 9, 2021. We had a great turnout for the meeting with about 40 participants in attendance. We also received feedback from a number of staff and patrons via Thought Exchange. The agenda for our upcoming follow up meeting on January 12, 2022 is as follows:
