March 31, 2022 at 6:00 PM - Special Meeting of the Board of Education

1.   Call meeting to order. Roll call.

 

2. Presentation to the public and to the board on the proposed construction and school bond project. Members of the board and the public will be allowed to ask questions and there will be discussion regarding the proposed construction and school bond project.  No action will be taken by the board of education.  

 

3. Recess and move to Superintendent's office.

4. POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE OF CONSENT AGENDA: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of discussion, consideration and vote of items #4A-B.

4.A. Approve the agenda as part of the minutes

4.B. Read or waive the reading, vote to approve or correct the minutes of the Regular Board of Education meeting of March 24, 2022.

4.C. Items removed from Consent Agenda for separate action

5. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any salaried employee - 25 of section 307 (B) (1).

6. Vote to convene/not convene in executive session

7. Acknowledge return to open session

8. Executive session minutes compliance announcement

9. Read and vote to approve or not approve the resignation of Ken Jones. 

10. Discussion and possible vote to employ a head boys basketball coach for the 2022-2023 school year

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contractor after the review of quotes for remodeling of restrooms in the main building.

12. Adjourn.
