Discussion:  Joe Fouts was a visitor in attendance.

Discussion:  Mr. Glenn updatred the Board and the Public about the lessons that were taught throught the year that were required under the Americanism requirements. 

Discussion:  Superintendent Patterson reviewed the policies with the Board.

Discussion:  Superintendent Patterson reviewed known needs of the district's facilities, which included:

• Window replacements in the Hildreth location
• The water intrusion issues at the Wilcox facility, which included removal of the windows in the weight room
• Electrical needs at the Hildreth location are needed to support an HVAC system to replace a 1980s boiler system and a building without AC throughout. 
• Track replacement at the Wilcox site

Superintendent Patterson introduced the Board to possibly utilizing an Energy Efficiancy Company to help identify and plan for the known and unknown facility needs of the district as the Board plans for Phase Two of construction/renovation plans for the district.  He also reviewed ways to financially plan for facility needs projects for the District as the district paid off the lease purchase for the last project a year ahead of schedule.  He discussed with the Board that when the district has identified the facility needs of the district with cost projections, the Board may want to start holding community meetings in the district to update the public on the estimated cost and how the Board may plan to address those identified needs and at that time receive public comment on those ideas.
