6.A. Strategic Planning Updates
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson reported to the Board that all staff have been updated on the progress of the strategic plan and that the plan has been shared out on the school website and social media pages. Information was also shared in local papers.

6.B. Policy Review
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson explained the process for the Board to continuously review existing board policies. He will be creating a schedule for the policy review cycle.

6.C. Discuss circulation pump repairs to the pool
Discussion:
A week prior to the official close of the pool, the main circulation pump went out. The pump is most likely the original pump of the pool, dating back to the 1970's. Parts are not available for that pump any longer. He is collecting estimates to replace the pump. The estimated cost of replacing the pump ranges from $18,000-$25,000.
