5.D. Set rates for school breakfast and lunch
Discussion:
WIlcox-Hildreth Public Schools has qualified for the CEP Meal program and will be offering free breakfast and lunch for all K-12 students. Students will be charged fees for seconds and a la crate items. Adult meal prices will be $2.80 for breakfast, $4.95 for lunch, $3.45 for salad bar.

Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson had requested pricing information from Yandas Music to purchase and install sound dampening acoustic panels for the north gym in Wilcox.

6.A. Discuss the creation of a community advisory committee for facility planning.
Discussion:
The Board of Education will be providing potential names to Superintendent Patterson of individuals who might be interested in joining an advisory committee to the board to discuss facility needs of the district.

Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson presented preliminary budget numbers for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

Superintendent Patterson presented the cost impact of offering full single insurance to para-educators instead of providing the plan for 9/12 of the fiscal year.
