Discussion:
Visitors in attendance: Elise Lush, Jenny Hansen, Emily Lyons, Nicole Blank, Dustin Blank, Mary Johnson, Rydell Lienemann, Abby Lienemann, Mary Martin, Jordan Glenn, Hana Mach, Jordan Volk, Tiana Gibb.
Rydell Lienemann addressed the Board about the high school boys basketball team. He is concerned about the lack of improvement in the starters over the last several seasons. He would like to see a new culture and new leadership for the program. Mary Johnson and Dustin Blank also addressed the board with similar concerns about the boys basketball program, expressing the frustration of players and fans about the lack of success in the program. |

Discussion:
The board curriculum committee reviewed the proposed SEL curriculum and made the recommendation to the board to approve the purchase of the additional materials.

6.A. Facility upgrade discussion for planning future meetings.
Discussion:
The Board of Education has been reviewing facility needs for the District for the past year and a half. The Board has been working with Wilkins ADP in Kearney to gather cost estimates to renovate portions of the district's buildings. The Board has also gathered proposed pricing for new construction for portions of the district buildings. The Board will be reviewing estimates and comparing renovation and new construction options. Future community engagement meetings will be held to further update the public on current facility needs and review pricing and plans for each potential type of project.
