Discussion:
The Board discussed how they would like to use the evaluation tool. There is a $300 administrative fee payable to NASB to use the evaluation tool. Mr. Patterson will contact NASB to confirm that changes to the tool can be made. If NASB can make the changes needed, the board will look at adopting a new tool at that point.

Discussion:
This policy details the methods of payment for performance of extra duty and extended contract assignments by certificated staff members. Noncertified staff should refer to their individual employment contracts regarding service hours and payment for extracurricular sponsorship activities which may be assigned to the employee by the district.

Discussion:
The greenhouse project is waiting for the electrical work to be completed.

6.B. The Board Administrative Negotiations Committee will meet with Mr. Patterson on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 8:00 am.

6.C. Discuss pay rates for pool employees this summer
Discussion:
Mr. Patterson discussed with the board that pay rates for pool employees may need to be increased to keep the district comparable to surrounding communities. The city of Minden has not set their rates for the summer yet. The Village of Axtell set the starting rates for lifeguards at $12/hr, Assistant Manager at $14/hr, Manager $15/hr.
