Debra expressed her appreciation to the board for the staff dinner provided and served by the board. Teresa Carey expressed her gratitude to the school hosting Jared Robinson Benefit. |

6.A. 22-23 School Budget Update
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson discussed the 22-23 school budget numbers and scheduling a board retreat as well as a late August meeting to approve late claims. Also discussed the possibly of having to hold a meeting in regards to the allowable growth percentage if a change in tax asking is above 2%.

6.B. Greenhouse project/ bid process update
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson reported to the board that bids are due for the greenhouse on August 18, 2022.

6.C. 22-23 Student Enrollment
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson reported that total enrollment as of 8/15/22 is 232 students PK-12.

6.D. JH Girl Sports
Discussion:
Superintendent Patterson discussed the low numbers of girls in lower grades for upcoming years in girls sports. May need to discuss future plans with junior high girls sports in future years dependent on participation numbers. Discussing options that the district may need to look at moving forward if junior high girls number would fall below 12 girls in the 7th and 8th grade combined.
