Aug. 5th: Mr Patterson organized an option, SmartBoard Training for teachers afterwards, we met with new teachers and their mentors to review the new New Teacher handbook etc. Professional Development Days for teachers last week included -School Improvement Plans and updates -EduCLIMBER Training -Writing Revolution training Lovin Report: The first few days of school have gotten off to a good start. We practiced all of our Tornado, Fire, and Bus Evacuation drills, had our activity meetings, and went through our PBIS expectations with the students. K-2 had their swim party on Friday. Pre-School began today and it seemed to have gone smoothly. Football- 16 boys are out First game is at Home vs. Southwest at 3:00 p.m. on August 27th (EMT, Police, Military Night) Time is because of availability of officials Cross Country- 6 High School boys, 2 junior high boys, and 3 junior high girls First meet is Twilight meet at Fort Kearney on August 27th. Volleyball- 14 girls are out Jamboree games with Minden and Axtell this Thursday beginning at 6. First game is at Home vs. Loomis at 5:00 p.m. on Aug. 26th (Parents’ Night) |
