2. Discuss the Superintendent's evaluation feedback and goals for the coming year.

3. Move into executive session:  The next item on the agenda is the evaluation of the job performance of the superintendent.  In my opinion, discussion in the closed session is necessary to prevent the needless injury to the employee's reputation and to protect the confidentiality of personnel records, which is in the public's interest.  Is there a motion for the board to enter into closed session to evaluate the job performance of an employee, to prevent needless injury to the employee's reputation, to protect the confidentiality of personnel records, and to protect the public interest?"
