11. Discussion and vote to approve a School Site Statutory Waiver/Deregulation Application for Library Media Specialist for the following sites for the 2025-2026 school year: Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, and Tecumseh Middle School.

12. Discussion and vote to approve or not to approve a resolution for participation in the Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) program for the 2025-2026 school year. Approval authorizes the district for all applications and payments associated with the program.

13. Discussion and vote to approve an agreement with the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools for membership for the 2025-2026 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve an Interlocal Agreement with the Pottawatomie County Commissioner for the 2025-2026 school year.

15. Discussion and vote to approve an agreement with Apptegy to provide website, mobile device applications, an alert system, and student and parent communication tools for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

16. Discussion, review and possible vote to approve an agreement with Instructure to provide Canvas as the learning management system for Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School for the 2025-2026 school year and to provide Mastery Connect as an intervention data collection tool for the teachers and students of Barnard Elementary and Cross Timbers Elementary for the 2025-2026 school year.

17. Discussion and possible vote to designate Rooms, Canvas, Google Classroom, and district-provided email as the official communication platforms for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

18. Discussion and vote to approve a collaborative agreement with the National Center for Disability Education and Training to provide pre-employment transition services for students enrolled in our district's severe and profound needs special education programs for the 2025-2026 school year.

19. Discussion and vote to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Focus Mental Health Services to provide an employee assistance program to all certified and support employees of Tecumseh Public Schools for FY2026.

20. Discussion and possible vote to approve a memorandum of understanding with Oklahoma Baptist University to subscribe to the OBU/Public School District Partnership Education Benefits program for the 2025-2026 school year.

21. Discussion and possible vote to approve a policy that will provide parameters for employees to participate in the OBU/Public School District Partnership Education Benefits Program when employed by Tecumseh Public Schools.

22. Discussion and vote to approve a stipend for certified staff members at Tecumseh Middle School to participate in Solution Tree training on July 9-10, 2025, at a rate of $200 per participant.

23. Discussion and vote to approve the payment of stipends for up to 40 certified staff members to participate in Bal-A-Vis-X Training to be held at Cross Timbers Elementary on July 28-29, 2025, at a rate of $200 per participant.

24. Discussion and vote to approve a contract with Wonderfully Made Therapy to provide occupational therapy services to students in the Little River Special Education Cooperative for the 2025-2026 school year.

25. Discussion and vote to approve transfer requests for the 2025-2026 school year.

26. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with Abney Painting, LLC, to power wash, repair textured surfaces, and paint the exterior walls, roof, door frames, window frames, guttering, and downspouts at Cross Timbers Elementary School.

27. Consider and vote to appoint the Superintendent as the representative of the Board of Education to file all applicable federal programs for the 2025-2026 school year.

28. Consider and vote to appoint the Superintendent as the authorized representative of the Board of Education for the school lunch program for the 2025-2026 school year.

29. Consider and vote to designate the Superintendent as the authorized purchasing agent and the Assistant Superintendent as the assistant purchasing agent for the school district for the 2025-2026 school year.
