1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of February 13, 2023.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'23); payroll, general fund (70872-70881), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90091); claims, general fund (838-901), coop fund (25), building fund (71-75), child nutrition fund (62-66).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'23); payroll, general fund (2823-3180), coop fund (281-377), child nutrition fund (431-483); claims, general fund (2820-2822,3181-3275 ), coop fund (378-388), building fund (62-64), child nutrition fund (484-492).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

7. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

8. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Mr. Billy Mitchell to form a team with Oklahoma Bass Nation High School Fishing Program, The Bass Federation, and the Student Angler Federation for the 2023 calendar year.  

9. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

10. Consider and vote to approve an Interagency Agreement with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs/Central Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs (OJA) to provide emergency transportation to the residents of Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in case of an emergency.

11. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Gordon Cooper Technology Center to allow the football field parking lot on the campus of Tecumseh High School to be used as a site for CDL demonstration coursework for students enrolled in CDL programs.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve Tecumseh Public School's District Wellness Policy.

13. Consider and possible vote to approve changes to the following district policy:
          6021 Administration of Medicine By School Personnel

14. Consider and possible vote to approve the following new district policies:
          6054 Naloxone Administration for Opioid Overdose
          6055 Homeless Student Education Policy and Procedures

15. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on April 1, 2023.

16. Discussion and possible vote to accept a bid from Oklahoma Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc., to complete roofing repairs at Barnard Elementary, Tecumseh Middle School Main Building - West Wing, New Gymnasium on Tecumseh Middle School Campus, and Tecumseh Middle School - North Building.  All funds to pay for this project would come from the district's Pottawatomie County Sales Tax fund.  

17. Discussion and possible vote to accept a quote from Trafera to purchase 300 Chromebooks for use by students beginning in the 2023-2024 school year.  All funds to pay for these student devices would come from the district's Pottawatomie County Sales Tax fund.  

18. Review of current COVID-19 statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

D.  Consider hiring Building Principals for the 2023-2024 school year:
     Tammy Giaudrone - Principal - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center
     Karla Buchanan - Principal - Barnard Elementary
     Alisha Jonker - Principal - Cross Timbers Elementary
     Sarah Flowers - Principal - Tecumseh Middle School

E.  Consider hiring Assistant Principals and Dean of Students for the 2023-2024 school year:

F.  Consider hiring Athletic Director for the 2023-2024 school year:
     Jeff Shafer - Athletic Director - Tecumseh Public Schools
G.  The board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through F as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1).

21. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.
