3. Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action the Board having been advised by its attorney, that disclosure of such confidential communications would seriously impair the ability of the Perry Public Schools to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, and/or proceeding in the public interest.

3.A. Vote to convene in executive session, the Board of Education's attorney having advised the Board and the Board determining that disclosure of such confidential communications would seriously impair the ability of the Perry Public Schools to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, and/or proceeding in the public interest.

3.B. Vote to acknowledge return to open session.

3.C. Statement of Executive session minutes and compliance with Open Meeting Act.
|
|
4. Motion, second, discussion and vote to authorize and direct the school district's attorney to proceed with litigation and other actions relating to losses suffered by the district in a manner consistent with the discussion in executive session, or to take any other action that the board determines to be appropriate relating to the district's claims.
