III. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations and to consider attorney-client privileged information or records that are otherwise exempt by law from public inspection regarding legal advice - EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board will enter into executive session.
Executive Session: ORS 192.660(2)(d) “To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations,”ORS 192.660(2)(f) "To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection," ORS 192.355(9), and ORS 40.225.
 

IV. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.- EXECUTIVE SESSION

Executive Session: ORS 192.660(2)(e) "To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions," ORS 192.660(2)(f) "To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection", and ORS 192.355(9).
The Board will return to the open meeting.
 

V. Ratification of the 2025 – 2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Oregon School Boards Association and International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge W24 - ACTION
