Consideration and action on Estimate of Needs and Expenditure Budget for FY'27.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $3,060,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.

Discussion and possible action on giving approval to the superintendent and treasurer to invest district funds in an F&M Bank IntraFi Cash Service (ICS) account, and to approve Josh Sumrall, Superintendent, Darrel Johnston, District Treasurer, Tasha Reherman, District Accounts Payable, and Amie Rother, District Accounts Receivable/District Deputy Treasurer, as signers on the account.

Discussion and possible action on updating and setting quarterly transfer capacity and policy.
