Discussion and possible action on an agreement with Edge Sports Fitness for strength and conditioning training services/elective classes for students and to approve Denny Bonewitz, Betsy Parmley, Jillian Bonewitz and Brett Hopkins as Strength and Conditioning Coaches to Coach/Teach the courses for the 2023-2024 school year.

Discussion and possible action on renewing an agreement with the Town of Okarche and the Okarche Police Department to obtain an Okarche Police Officer as a School Resource Officer to be on Okarche Public Schools' campus during school hours for the 2023-2024 school year, and any other additional future school safety and security matters.

Discussion and possible action on approving a contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs of AG Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Science Technology Engineering and Math for the 2023-2024 school year.

Discussion and possible action on approving current Junior High Science Teacher, Kimberly Givens, to teach Forensic Science to High School students as an Adjunct Teacher, and current Junior High English Teacher, Lynda Riedlinger, to teach 9th grade English as an Adjunct Teacher, both for the 2023-2024 school year.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss any resignations, an amendment to the extra duty assignment and pay schedule, the hiring of a Special Education Teacher, the hiring of two Special Education Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aides as support personnel, the hiring of a cafeteria/kitchen employee as support personnel, and the contractual appointment of Jaci Geheb, all for the 2023-2024 school year. 25 O.S.
