Call Meeting to Order

CONSENT DOCKET:  All items listed are considered to be routine by the Marietta Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate vote on these items unless a Board Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from consent status and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.  

The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration and approval of the following items:

Written minutes of November 3rd, 2025.

General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 323 thru 347; and Building Fund PO #'s 38 thru 40.

Increase to General Fund PO # 54.  

Superintendent's Report

Consider and take action on revised Certified Negotiated Agreement.  

Consider and take action on request for sanctioning of the Marietta Parent/Teacher/Student Association (PTSA).  

Consider and take action on a Property Lease Agreement with The Marietta First Baptist Church to lease the ball field property located on all of block 7, Graham Addition in Marietta, OK.

Consider and take action on the following District Policies:

GJ-V - Video Recording

GJ-VF  Visitor Recording Request Form

Discussion of future bond project needs and information.  

Consider and take action to set a date for special meeting to approve bond resolution.  

Consider and take action on contract with Unity Studios, LLC for Architect Services.  

Consider and take action on resignations.  

Proposed executive session to discuss the evaluation of Superintendent Brandi Naylor and the employment of a Middle School Teacher's Aide and a Primary Teacher's Aide for the remainder of 2025-26 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)

Vote to return to open session.

Executive session minutes compliance report. 

Consider and take action to adopt a revised Superintendent's evaluation form.  

Consider and take action on the employment of: 

Middle School Teacher's Aide

Primary Teacher's Aide
