Call Meeting to Order

Comments from visitors who have complied with board policy.

CONSENT DOCKET:  All items listed are considered to be routine by the Marietta Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate vote on these items unless a Board Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from consent status and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.  

The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration and approval of the following items:

Written minutes of special meeting held on March 6th, 2023 and regular meeting held on March 6th, 2023.  

General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 441 thru 472; and Building Fund PO # 19. 

Increase to General Fund PO # 403 and 435.

Superintendent's Report

Consider and take action on the following adjunct teachers for the 2022-23 school year:

Chris Dobbins - Area 8550 Technology Engineering/Education

Tanica Anderson - Area 8550 Technology Engineering/Education

Sharon Manley - Area 8550 Technology Engineering/Education

Erin Hansen - Area 6015 Physics

Stacy Marris - Area 6552 World History

Consider and take action on resignations.  

Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of a primary teacher and middle school teacher for the 2023-24 school year and evaluations, renewal and/or non-renewal of contracts for certified employees for the 2023-24 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)

Vote to return to open session.

Executive session minutes compliance report. 

Consider and take action on the employment of the following for the 2023-24 school year.  

Primary Teacher

Middle School Teacher

Consider and take action on Superintendent's written recommendation for the re-employment of certified employees for the 2023-24 school year.
