Consider and take action on written minutes of August 5th, 2019. 

Consider and take action on General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 174 thru 186, 188 thru 222, and 224 thru 267; Building Fund PO #'s 1 thru 3; Bond Fund PO # 3; and Payroll PO #'s 50116 thru 50118.  

Consider and take action on an increase to General Fund PO #'s 1 and 6; and Child Nutrition PO # 19.

Presentation of progress by Continuous Strategic Improvement (CSI)  - Personnel Goal Area Chair, Judy Sanchez -Fernandez.  

Consider and take action on amendment to the 2019-20 school calendar.

Consider and take action on the FY 20 Estimate of Needs.
