1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Board consideration & vote on the 2016-17 school audit completed & presented by James Kuykendall of Britton, Kuykendall & Miller, CPA’s.

3. Board consideration and vote to re-organize the board as required by law to elect a president, a vice president and a clerk.

4. Board consideration and possible vote to continue contract with Britton, Kuykendall and Miller, CPA’s to provide the annual audit for the school year ending June 30, 2018 (In accordance with 70 O.S. 1994, P.L. 22-104, and the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502) The audit will be a financial audit

5. Board approval of the minutes of the February 12, 2018, regular meeting.

6. Board consideration and vote to pay General Fund encumbrances # 726-782(accounts payable), #70487-70494(payroll), and Child Nutrition Fund encumbrances #70035 (payroll).

7. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of February.

8. Board vote to pay the March payroll according to contracts.

9. Principal's Reports.

10. Strategic Plan Report.

11. Superintendent's Report.

12. Board discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution supporting teachers.

14. Board discussion and possible vote to approve going into executive session pursuant to Title 25 Section 307(B)(1).

14.c. Discussion on the re-employment of certified teachers for the 2018-2019 school year. (See Attachment A)

14.d. Discussion on offering a temporary contract to certified teachers for the 2018-2019 school year. (See Attachment B)

14.e. Discussion on hiring a paraprofessional/teacher assistant.

14.f. Discussion on hiring an IT technician.

15. Acknowledge the return from executive session and enter into open session with reading of the executive session statement.

16. Board vote on 2018-2019 Board of Education appointments.

17. Board vote to re-employ certified teachers for the 2018-2019 school year.

18. Board vote to hire certified teachers on a temporary contract for the 2018-2019 school year.
