3. Board to take action on the employment of Stephen H. McDonald & Associates, Inc., as Financial Consultant to the School District.

4. Board to discuss annual review of existing or consider and take action on the adoption of written policies and procedures for post-issuance compliance.

5. Board to discuss continuing disclosure obligations.
|
6. Board to receive bids for the 3,010,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of this school district and award bonds to the lowest bidder.

7. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of General Obligation Building Bonds in the sum of 3,010,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof, providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue.

8. Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2016 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

9. Discuss and vote to approve or disapprove going into executive session pursuant to Title 25 Section 307(B)(1).

10. Acknowledge the return from executive session and enter into open session with reading of the executive session statement.

13. Board of education to tour facilities and discuss facilities while touring. No action will be taken by the board of education and the meeting will adjourn at the conclusion of the tour of facilities. Facilities will be toured in the following order; High School, Southwest Elementary, Nance Elementary, Washington Elementary, and Middle School.
