As required by Sec. 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given the Board Education of Independent School District No.4, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the BPS Administrative Center, 109 N. Armstrong, Bixby, OK.

Call meeting to Order/Roll Call

Motion and vote to go into executive session, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. Title 25, Section 307 B.4 (Supp. 2009), for the purpose of confidential communications between the board and its attorney concerning the pending claim filed with the United States Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights,

Vote to acknowledge return to open session.

Motion and vote to approve or not approve a Resolution Commitment through the Office of Civil Rights of Claim No. 07101002 filed with the OCR against the District and directing the superintendent of schools to implement any requirements of the Resolution Commitment imposed on the School District.

Motion and vote to approve or not to approve a resignation agreement with Kelli McDonald.
